Fujitsu Technology Solutions Europe (in Munich, Germany) is searching a Lead technical architect to support our initiative to setup a Corporate Servicedesk Solution for EMEA, based on CA Servicedesk Manager.

Expert in CA Servicedesk Manager, its technical implementation, required IT infrastructure and related software (e.g. interfaces…). Technical Owner of the corporate CA Servicedesk Manager solution and its further development and release management. Head of application development and configuration.
•Provide high level design details for a TfS solution with reference to platform, network, connectors, application, licensing and security considerations
•Provide accurate costings for all infrastructure components of a TfS Instance
•Coordinate the development of appropriate Service Designs, High Level and Low Level Infrastructure Designs and Bill of Materials
•Coordination with subject matter experts, networks, applications, databases etc
•Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure that TfS designs meet business requirements and enable efficient and cost effective service solutions.
•Quality assure technical implementation designs and solution configuration.
•Proven (several years) experience in delivering CA Servicedesk Manager solutions (design and configuration)
•Proven experience of designing/ managing appropriate CA SDM IT infrastructure
•Designing complex technical solutions, in particular 2 or 3 tier web application architectures solutions
•Analysis and diagnosis
•Fluent in English and German
•Knowledge of CA SDM and Asset Manager Modules
•Knowledge of CA Processes
•Knowledge of CA infrastructure
•Knowledge of technologies required to deliver CA SDM solutions Modules
•Certifications for relevant technologies
•ITIL Knowledge V2 and V3
•CA SDM, Databases and IT infrastructure
